CQPhone Freeware License Agreement
| 1. Freeware: This program is copyright © 2004 by CorMac Technologies Inc, Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Permission is granted to download and use CQPhone for personal use, subject to the terms of this agreement.

| 2. Distribution: CQPhone must be downloaded from the website at CQPhone.com. This program must not be copied or distributed by any other method.

| 3. Fees: There are no license fees for personal use of CQPhone.
|
| 4. Restrictions: Licensee may NOT:

| (i) use CQPhone for any commercial purpose.
|
| (ii) post advertising, links, slogans, opinions or obscenities into the public chat list;
|
| (iii) annoy or harass other users;
|
| (iv) modify or create any derivative works of CQPhone, including customization, translation or localization;
|
| (v) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the program;
|
| (vi) redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the program;
|
| (vii) remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the program or its documentation.

| 5. Disclaimer of Warranty: CQPhone is provided free of charge, and therefore, on an "As Is" basis. There is absolutely NO WARRANTY of any kind expressed or implied.

| 6. All Rights Reserved: CorMac Technologies Inc. reserves the right to make any changes to the product, its operation , license agreement, and its marketing plan at any time without prior notice.
